2012 BCC Annual General Meeting
The 2012 Annual General meeting of
the British Caravanners Club
will be held on Sunday 20th May 2012
at the Ukrainian Centre, Weston-on-Trent
Derbyshire, DE72 2BU.
The AGM will commence at 10.30am PROMPT.
Please ensure you are in the meeting and have taken your seat before 10:30 Thank you.
Derbyshire BCC are hosting this years AGM meet.
DIRECTIONS TO THE SITE.
Leave A50 at junction 3 onto A514 towards Swadlincote for 1/3 Mile,
Take the first left turn, Swarkstone Road,
signed Western and Aston, for 1.7 Miles.
Look for BCC signs. Site on the right before the village.
PLEASE NOTE: all bcc meets are only open to MEMBERS OF THE CAMPING AND CARAVANNING CLUB.
important: ONLY current MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH CARAVANNERS ClUB ARE ALLOWED TO VOTE AT THE AGM. MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ENTRY TO THE MEETING.

NOMINATIONS : Members are advised that in accordance with the Constitution, all nominations for Council must be lodged with the Section Secreary not later than 14 days prior to the AGM.
NOTICE OF MOTION : Members are advised that in accordance with the Constitution, all Notices of Motion must be sent in WRITING and lodged with the Section Sectretary no later than 60 days prior to the AGM.

Camping on site is available the site will be open AFTER lunch on Thursday 17th May and will close at lunch time Tuesday 22th May.
The following is a rough draft of what is planned for the weekend this could change in the course of time.
THURSDAY 17th May 12: Noon. Onwards site opens, please book in at the Green Tent on arrival.
FRIDAY Evening Get together in Hall
SATURDAY Meal and Entertainment (Meal needs to be booked and paid for in advance)
SUN AM. B.C.C. AGM commencing at 10:30 am, followed by Refreshments. (Don't forget your membership Card)
SUN. Evening Social.
MONDAY. tbc
TUESDAY. 22nd May Site Closes 12 Noon

FRI PM. Councillors Meeting at 7.00 pm.
SAT AM. ACs Meeting commences at 9 am.
SAT AM. Management Meeting commences 9 am.
SAT PM. Full Council Meeting commences at 2pm.
SUN AM. B.C.C. AGM commencing at 10:30 am, followed by Refreshments.
SUN PM. Full Council Meeting commencing following AGM.
